POSITION: Research Associate, Cell Culture
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong skill set in cell biology and cell culture. The candidate will work as a part of a multidisciplinary team to facilitate new projects paving the way for generating novel cell based therapeutics for the treatment of cancer utilizing the latest technologies for cell engineering.
Adicet Bio, Inc., (Adicet), is a privately pre-clinical biopharmaceutical held company focused on the development of next-generation immunotherapies based on its novel universal immune cell platform applicable to different disease indications, including cancer, inflammation, and autoimmunity. Adicet’s programs and products are complemented by the unique expertise and immunotherapy products directed to the intracellular proteome, provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Applied Immune Technologies, Ltd (AIT).
Adicet was founded in late 2015 by Dr. Aya Jakobovits and Orbimed. It closed a series A round of $51M in January, 2016, in conjunction with its acquisition of AIT. The financing was led by OrbiMed and also included Novartis Venture Funds and Pontifax.
The combined core technologies, assets and capabilities of Adicet and AIT position the company to take a leadership position in next-generation, off-the-shelf, cell-based immunotherapies, directed to novel, disease-specific targets.

Performs research activities including isolation of PBMCs, cell density and viability assays. Provides cell culture support to process development, manufacturing, and research groups, as required.
